95% of all bitcoins will have been mined by March 28, 2026.  This is what makes bitcoin such a supreme store of value.  Limited supply.  As the halving approaches, there is often a lot of speculation about its potential impact on the price of bitcoin. Some believe that it will lead to increased demand and a corresponding spike in price. Others point to the fact that the halving will reduce the rate at which new bitcoins are created, leading to a deflationary spiral.
